Location: Wichita, KS
MAX Aerostructures is seeking a full-time special process planner for the creation and maintenance of special processing and heat treat plans in support of all new and existing products manufactured at MAX. Experience in aerospace special processing operations compliant with NADCAP and most aerospace customer specifications with an extensive knowledge of chemical processing including chem film, anodize (Boric), NDT (PT & MT), priming and painting is required. Experience with heat treating operations is a plus. The ability to read and interpret blue prints and customer/industry specifications related to the products and then effectively communicate the requirements in a standard format to production, engineering and quality representatives will be necessary for this job function.
Shift Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. but subject to change based on company needs; Overtime may be required.
