Qualifications
Working knowledge of quality concepts pertaining to aerospace requirements
Knowledge of AS9102 and creating FAI reports in Net-Inspect
Read and understand blueprints, working knowledge of GD&T required
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). May have contact with customers and auditors, in addition to working with others in the organization.
Must understand and have experience with inspection procedures & processes.
Auditing experience a plus
Ability to work successfully under pressure of tight timelines and frequent changes to a heavy workload
Must display a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to get along with others

Duties/Responsibilities
Verification and validation of purchasing and engineering media such as: material certifications, planning, procedures, inspection plans, engineering drawings, electronic work instructions.
Provides technical support on interpretation of complex customer and regulatory requirements.
Creating and completing AS9102 first article inspection reports and bubble drawings.
Handling source inspection needs with putting together source packages to present to the customer.
Assisting the Quality department with tracking and maintaining calibration records and audits.
Serve as a team member on AS9100 internal audit team and assisting with supplier and customer audits.
Participate on problem solving teams to support RCCA activities and MRB related functions
Performing and collecting gage R&R’s, capability studies and analyzing the data to drive process capability improvements.
Achieve results through effective utilization of strategy deployment, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, PFMEA, and policy deployment.

Education and Experience
A minimum of 5 years of Aerospace Quality experience
Experience with customers such as Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Boeing Defense and SpaceX, preferred
