  Duties/Responsibilities

  Essential duties include:

  • Manage Accounts Receivables including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Process daily bank activity
  • Process credit card statements monthly
  • Process weekly payments to vendors
  • Administer weekly cycle counts
  • Process PO vendor invoices
  • Review cost variances with purchasing
  • Assist in month-end close processes and reconciliations
  • Assist in development and implementation of accounting procedures and controls to enhance the overall control environment
  • Other duties administrated by the CFO

  Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years experience in accounting role
• 

  Physical Requirements

  Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat and walk on a regular basis
