Answer incoming calls and forward to intended personnel the caller is looking to reach. Coordinate with each MAX management member on how callers should be addressed and screened before forwarded on.
Greet visitors and coordinate with MAX personnel when they arrive. Same rules apply as above regarding customers without scheduled appointments.
Maintain conference rooms and help coordinate set-up and clean-up based on scheduled meetings.
Assist in various HR functions, such as scheduling employee events, maintaining training records, scheduling interviews, onboarding of new employees, etc.
Assist Executive team in various projects
Maintain inventory levels of office supplies and refreshments.
Coordinate issues with copier/printer with appropriate MAX or vendor personnel.
Review and distribute mail accordingly
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat and walk on a regular basis
