Duties/Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor, track, progress, and prioritize parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next operation
- Ability to coordinate the physical movement of parts throughout the organization
- As required, work with Vendor Management Coordinator to ensure timely processing and tracking of parts at vendors
- Work closely with leadership to ensure all requirements are completed
- Assist Program Managers with gathering status updates on action items
- Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints as required for internal and customer use
- Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership as required
- Support inventory tracking and inventory purge actions weekly
- Support productivity to development and work order management activities as needed
- Support shipping function and gathering of cert data required for the shipment
